The September 30. 2022 "3rd Annual U.S. HART Emergency Disaster Preparedness and Resilient Recovery Summit" will bring together several extraordinary humanitarian non-profit organizations to explore solution which address the overwhelming need for Diversity Equity Inclusive (DEI) participation of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) capacity building to provided a Certified Hyman Rickover Cybersecurity The Internet of Things RX5 Workforce Training curriculum to Black and Brown students.

The Non-Profit Hamilton-Hatch Health COVID-19 "PHOENIX" Public Private Partnership (P3) is a collaboration led by the bi-partisan supported US Humanitarian Aid Response Team (US-HART CARES) and Opportunity Zone Black Capitalism Fund (OZBCF)

US-HART CARES is prepared to provide compassionate comfortable accommodations for tens of thousands of families.
This historic bi-partisan US-HART CARES-OZBCF Public Private Partnership (P3), is focused on the non-profit HAMILTON-HATCH HEALTH COVID-19 “PHOENIX” SISTER-CITY INITIATIVE to provide rapid emergency bi-lingual 24 hour call center services, qualified testing, quarantine, population monitoring logistics, and data collection specifically among economically disadvantaged urban and rural communities, homeless, incarcerated, and returning citizen populations.
Our non-profit Hamilton-Hatch Health “Phoenix” Sister-City Initiative will coordinate Phoenix centers in Atlantic City, NJ; Baltimore, MD; Washington, D.C.; Laurinburg, NC; Bennettsville, SC; U.S. Virgin Islands; Los Angeles, CA; Puerto Rico, and Grand Rapids, MI.

Most recently served as the Vice President of Department of Defense Information Technology (DoD IT) Programs at Lockheed Martin in Washington, D.C. In this role, she supported Washington-based DoD Chief Information Officers and other IT leaders in identifying priorities, increasing program visibility, taking new technology directions and recommending innovative IT solutions. Richardson managed executive branch customer relationships with the senior leaders in the U.S. Military, Defense Information Systems Agency and Office of the Secretary of Defense. In addition, she assisted Lockheed Martin business units with their customer relations and helped program managers overcome funding challenges to develop cost-effective and competitive proposals.
In her position, Richardson focused on corporate priority and key DoD IT programs including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers IT services, ITES-2S, ENCORE II, CR2, ITA, Global Military Mail, OPTARSS, CENTCOM (U.S. Central Command) and AFRICOM (U.S. Africa Command). A strong advocate for Warfighter information technology and systems, Richardson is following the DoD’s new Stability Operations role.
Richardson is a member of Lockheed Martin’s Joint and Army Customer Focus Teams and AFRICOM Integrated Product Team. In addition, she serves on the board of directors for The ROCKS, Inc., an organization dedicated to the professional development of the U.S. officer corps. Before joining Washington Operations, Richardson served as vice president and DoD customer relations executive at Lockheed Martin Information Technology.
Richardson attended the U.S. Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania, from 1993 to 1994 where she received a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine University.

He was selected by President Bush to serve as the U.S. Ambassador to Iceland, his country of birth. He is currently the President of The Rogich Communications Group, an international communications and business advisory firm based in Las Vegas, NV. Rogich also founded Las Vegas based R&R Advertising, now R&R Partners, Nevada's largest advertising and marketing firm, and has been involved with Las Vegas marketing for over 30 years. His entertainment and business relationships have included Frank Sinatra, Donald Trump, Mike Tyson, Steve Wynn, Kirk Kerkorian, and Sheldon Adelson, Roger Ailes to name a few. From 1989-1992, he worked in the West Wing of the White House as Assistant to the President for activities and initiatives for President George H.W. Bush. In 1991, at the request of the President, Rogich accompanied former Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev on his nationwide tour of the U.S. His company has worked with clients around the world and has been involved with most of the major gaming companies in Las Vegas. Ex-heavyweight champ Mike Tyson hired Rogich to burnish his image after biting Evander Holyfield's ear in their infamous 1997 match. Rogich is a former Nevada Athletic Commission chairman and state boxing commissioner as well as the former CEO of World Series of Fighting (WSOF).
The non-profit US-HART CARES Public Private Partnership (P3) facilitates emergency recovery maritime debris removal, temporary to permanent housing, and particularly US Opportunity Zones infrastructure projects, while employing US-HART trained local workforce.
