A USA 501 (c)3 Non-Profit Organization
America has become increasingly dependent on digital technology to address global, national, and regional challenges, while cyberattacks are growing exponentially. In less than a generation, digital technology has transformed our daily lives. Yet, sophisticated malicious cyber actors and nation-states exploit vulnerabilities in our digital landscape to steal data and money. They are developing sophisticated capabilities to disrupt, destroy, or threaten the delivery of essential services.
Damage related to cybercrime is projected to hit $30 trillion annually by 2026. Defending against these attacks is essential to maintaining the national security of America. Cyber education and workforce development have not kept pace with the digital technology
transformation.
The demand for a cybersecurity workforce is growing and it must double in size to adequately protect our country’s critical assets. Cyber Guardian is a cybersecurity training program that is a comprehensive, full spectrum Defensive Cybersecurity Operations program, based on the guidelines of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE).
